Our transparent grading system considers both the cosmetic appearance and technical condition of any given device. Every device on our site is guaranteed to be 100% functional — "technical condition" refers to the durability you can expect from a product given its refurbisher’s operations and historical quality data. It's all fully transparent process that allows you to choose from three well-defined conditions based on your needs.
Quality program
All our refurbishers go through a screening process before they're allowed to sell on Zymom Shop.
To obtain the Zymom Label and sell on our platform, each new refurbisher has got to prove that their operations and quality procedures are up to snuff. We check in on them to maintain solid consistency of quality.
It's a exclusive club. On average, only 1 out of 3 refurbishers that want to join Zymom get approved.
We monitor each refurbisher's performance in real time.
To start off, we ask our many, many customers to give us detailed feedback about their purchase.
On top of this, our own in-house experts make anonymous orders every week to personally verify the quality of our refurbishers' products.
If their quality score goes down they are immediately placed into probation and our own customer service kicks in to take charge.
