    The refurbisher warranty is limited to defects and issues with parts and proper functioning of your tablet or phone. A big plus is that all phones and tablets sold on Zymom.shop are guaranteed to have at least 85% battery health at the time of purchase. The warranty doesn't cover accidental breakage or compatibility and software upgrade issues, so make sure you read up about the limits of older models and check your phone carrier's website for models they don't support.
  • Will I be able to update the software on this phone?
    Yes! This device is compatible with the latest software updates.
  • Which payment methods are available?
